SHIPPING INFORMATION
Salt and Snow is a marketplace of many different brands located globally. When you place an order, our brand partners are responsible for fulfilling and shipping orders directly to you. Our brand partners process and ship orders Monday - Friday excluding holidays and weekends. Most orders are shipped within one business day but processing can sometimes take up to 3 business days.
Due to our marketplace model, we are unable to edit orders easily once an order is placed on our website. If you’d like to make any changes or cancel your order, please email hello@saltandsnow.com or chat with us during business hours. Please note, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed.
Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please note if you order from multiple brands, you will receive multiple email notifications with the tracking number since your products will be in different packages. Please allow up to 2 days for the tracking number to update once you receive this notification.
SHIPPING FEES AND METHOD
Salt and Snow offers free ground shipping to all U.S states on orders over $150. We do not offer free shipping for brand partners that are shipping outside of North America.

TRANSIT TIMES
Since our brands are located all over North America, we can not guarantee a time frame for delivery on standard ground shipping. If you are ordering from multiple brands, you will receive multiple packages that may deliver on different days. We have seen most packages get delivered within 2-7 business days. If you’d like to check where a certain item is being shipped from to calculate an estimated time of delivery, please email hello@saltandsnow.com or chat in and our Customer Care team can assist you.
Express Shipping for orders are shipped overnight. Please note, it can take brands up to two business days to ship an order.
Orders shipping from outside North America have various transit times depending on customs. We see most shipments delivery within 1-2 weeks.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For orders that are shipping from the U.S, Salt and Snow does not collect taxes in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales tax and is calculated at checkout. If you are purchasing items from outside of the US, duties are included in the price of the item. However, if your shipment is over $800, you may be subject to import duties and taxes at checkout.
RETURNS
If you're not loving your items, you can return it within 30 days upon receiving. You can start your own return using the button below or by emailing hello@saltandsnow.com. After selecting the item(s) and reason for return, a prepaid shipping label will be created for you to print for each brand you are returning. If you are given more than one label, please be sure to pack the correct items separately with its respective label and drop it off at the correct courier. Please note, different brands may use different couriers to return items. Once the items are received back at the fulfillment center, your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable and a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, per label.
All items must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached. Final sale items are not returnable. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
