Sara holds a Masters Degree in Non-Profit Management from the Milano School of Public Policy at the New School in New York City, as well as a Bachelor's Degree from James Madison University. She was employed at Goldman Sachs before transitioning to work in the non-profit sector.

She serves on the US board of Lewa Wildlife Conservation in Kenya, as well as the boards of Signature Theatre in New York, Memorial Sloan Kettering Associates Committee and Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital.

She has lived around the world with her family and cultivated a large international group of friends and colleagues. As a mother of five, an avid adventure traveler and an eager novice sports enthusiast, Sara knows that quality time is a rare commodity and is excited to help women and moms everywhere make the most of theirs.
